Wednesday, April 15 – 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Thursday, April 16 - 7:30 am – 10:30 am
EXHIBIT TEAR DOWN: 
Thursday, April 16 - 3:00 pm

 • Review the enclosed floor plan and indicate your first (3) booth choices. (Your first choice may not be available.)
• Submit completed Registration Form with payment to PHCC GA to reserve your space. Payments must be included!
• Application DEADLINE: April 3, 2026. After deadline date add additional $150 Late Fee.
•PHCC GA reserves the right to limit the number of similar companies that show. 

PHCC GA Members: $550 - 10x10 booth, includes 8' table, 2 chairs and free program listing
Non-Members:  $850 - 10x10 booth, includes 8' table, 2 chairs and free program listing

Outside Space:    If you would like to bring a vehicle to display in parking lot, you must purchase an inside booth.  
Outside Parking Spots are in back of Civic Center. Large vehicles & trailers will be placed away from loading zone.
This space is extremely limited and available to first 4 registrants.
