All individuals that work in a plumbing, heating or cooling business or taking an apprenticeship course may be eligible for individual membership. Individual membership applications shall be submitted to the Executive Vice President, who shall make due inquiry as to the eligibility. Membership does not include PHCC-National Association. Dues for the current fiscal year will accompany the application.
